Browse the full help centerIf your reservation hasn't been confirmed by the host yet, the deposit is refunded in full within 5 business days. Once a booking is confirmed, our cancellation policy applies — full refund up to 14 days before check-in, 50% up to 7 days before, then non-refundable. We email the policy with every confirmation so it's always one click away.
Every property is verified by us on the ground — we visit the compound, photograph it, and meet the owner before it goes live. You pay no booking fee on top of the nightly rate, and our team is in Cairo so we're reachable in your timezone if anything comes up during the stay.
Open My Account → Reservations, pick the booking, and tap Cancel. You'll see the refundable amount before you confirm. If you booked in the last 24 hours and the dates are at least 30 days out, you get a full refund regardless of policy.
Some hosts review each booking manually before accepting — usually within a few hours, never more than 24. While the booking is pending, we hold the dates and the deposit. If the host doesn't accept, the deposit is refunded automatically and no money leaves your account.
Deposit (30% of the total) is paid online at checkout to confirm the booking. Full price is the total cost of the stay including service fee. Balance is what's left to pay — collected by the host on the day of check-in, in cash or by transfer, in whichever currency the host accepts.
